Thouverse for Android · Last updated October 4, 2026

Thouverse is a King James Bible app: a daily verse, the full KJV text, verse images and an audio Bible. You don't need an account, and we don't ask for your name, email or any other personal details.

What stays on your phone

Your reading place, text size, colour theme and similar settings are saved only on your device. We never receive them. Uninstalling the app deletes them.

Audio Bible

The narration streams from our server at audio.thouverse.com (run by Cloudflare). Like any web server, it briefly sees your device's IP address to send the audio. We don't use this to identify you.

Ads (Google AdMob)

The app is free and shows ads from Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, approximate location, device type and how you interact with ads. Where the law requires it (for example in Europe), the app asks for your consent first, and you can change your choice later. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads). Read how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Sharing

When you share a verse or image, it goes only to the app you pick in your phone's share menu.

Children

Thouverse is meant for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13.
